This would place The Major Financial, Banking and Insurance institutions, as well as NETWORK TV AND RADIO NEWS under Total Government Control. MARTIAL LAW IN DIFFERENT FORMS WILL BECOME THE LAW OF THE LAND= AS THE CONSTITUTION IS SUSPENDED AND
CONGRESS SHUT DOWN.
AUG 2009: Obama signed an executive order to use the Military in the streets of
America in case of Swine Flu Outbreak to maintain QUARANTINE and social order.
SEPT 2009: Obama is moving to pass an Law giving him the power to shut down the Internet in times of "National Crisis".
I don't know if this code will happen? IF NYC WILL BE QUARANTINED & SEALED OFF BY THE MILITARY? But if we are aware of a Worst Case Scenario possibility and it does happen, we will not be frozen in SHCOK & AWE and we can react in manner that keeps us safe. HYPOTHETICAL: if in alien invasion happened as in the movie SIGNS,
people would be overcome with Shock and Panic and die. Yet if this scenario was talked about, discussed and ways to defend ourselves outlined and then this INVASION HAPPENED- people as a whole would be able to function and survive as there would not be The Total and Paralyzing SHOCK.
